Ammunition Sales to States outside of New York

State and Local laws are rapidly changing. Please check your individual state and laws before placing an order.  Ultimately it is your responsibility to know the laws and your local ordinances

California

All ammunition must be shipped to a licensed Ammo Vendor or FFL (Federal Firearms License)  holder in the state.

Illinois

Send a copy of your FOID card. We will ship to the address located noted on the card (must match billing). We are unable to ship to residents of the City of Chicago.

Massachusetts

Shipments available to FFL license holders within the state of MA

New Jersey

Rifle ammunition we can ship without restriction

Pistol / rimfire ammo requires a valid copy of your handgun credentials. Please contact us for information.

Firearms

New York State Residents: All firearms are subject to New York State background check with applicable fees.

Current background check fee: $9.00

Firearm shipping: we only ship to active FFL dealers in your state. Please have your FFL dealer contact us directly

Returns, Refunds, and Special Orders

*There will be no refunds on completed firearm and/or ammunition transactions

*There will be no refunds on powder or primers

*Special Orders of $500.00 or more require a 50% down payment

• Business conducted that receives a failed background check, or otherwise considered “not passed” may be subject to loss of partial or all of the down payment
• We will work with you towards resolution
• Note: Straw Purchases are a felony under 18 U.S. Code § 932

For all other items

• 30 day full refund on un-opened, un-used items
• After 30 days, 30% restocking fee OR store credit less 10% restocking fee

Federal law prohibits ammunition sale or transfer to, and possession by, anyone who:

1. is under indictment for a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment or convicted of a felony,
2. is a fugitive from justice,
3. is an unlawful user of a controlled substance,
4. is addicted to a controlled substance,
5. has been adjudicated as a mental defective or committed to a mental institution,
6. is an illegal alien,
7. has been dishonorably discharged from the military
8. has renounced his or her U.S. citizenship
