Overview:

Customers of Constitutional Chemicals can access our buyer network to sell their firearms.  There are a couple ways customers can offer items for sale through consignment. Customers may leave their firearm with Constitutional Chemicals for showcase physically in their shop as well as online.  Or, customers may provide the company with all the necessary information about their firearm, including pictures, for listing online

Consignment legal information:

We provide two methods of consignment due to the laws pertaining to inventory record keeping.  In the event that the firearm is left with Constitutional Chemicals, it effectively becomes “our” inventory.  Meaning, it must be registered in our logbooks as a firearm in the company’s possession.  In order for you, the consignee, to take back possession of the firearm, you must complete the ATF’s 4473 and undergo a background check

Showcased:

• In store –  available for all to come and view and promoted by our store team
• Constitutional Chemical’s Website – we will list the item for sale on the company’s website
• Constitutional Chemical’s Email List – we will include your firearm in our email blast to interested individuals
• Gunbroker – with a separate agreement due to Gunbroker fees, we will list the item for sale on the Gunbroker website

Fee Schedule:

• 10% total receipt value if sale is processed “in-store”
• 15% total receipt value processed through Constitutional Chemicals website and shipped
• 12% total receipt value + Gunbroker Fees & Shipping (if applicable) if sale is processed through Gunbroker
• If shipping is required, shipping costs will be in addition to the above fees and market rate

• Constitutional Chemical’s Website – we will list the item for sale on the company’s website
• Constitutional Chemical’s Email List – we will include your firearm in our email blast to interested individuals

Fee Schedule: $30.00 listing fee +

• 10% total receipt value if sale is processed “in-store”
• 15% total receipt value processed through Constitutional Chemicals website
• If shipping is required, shipping costs will be in addition to the above fees and market rate
